Saya 💙 / 沙耶
The escalator carried Saya toward a ceiling of silver light.
エスカレーターは、銀色の光へと沙耶を運んでいた。
A finer home. A newer car. A life just beyond her reach.
もっと上質な住まい。もっと新しい車。あと少しで手が届く暮らし。
“Just a little higher,” a voice whispered.
「あと、もう少し上へ。」声がささやいた。
Yet every arrival revealed another floor.
けれど、たどり着くたびに、その先には次の階が現れた。
Yesterday’s dream had become today’s ordinary.
昨日の憧れは、今日の当たり前になっていた。
Hedonic adaptation. She recognized its quiet pull.
快楽順応。沙耶は、その静かな引力に気づいた。
Saya stopped climbing.
沙耶は、足を止めた。
“Whose dream am I following?”
「私は、誰の夢を追っているの？」
The voice fell silent.
声は途絶えた。
At the next landing, she stepped off.
次の踊り場で、沙耶は降りた。
She would invest in a future she chose—her ideas, her independence, her possibilities.
これからは、自分で選ぶ未来へ投資する。自分の構想、自立、そして可能性へ。
She still wanted to rise.
もっと高くへ。その想いは変わらない。
But height alone was no longer the measure.
けれど、高さだけが、その価値を決めるのではなかった。
Behind her, the escalator kept moving.
背後では、エスカレーターが動き続けていた。
It knew how to carry her higher.
彼女を上へ運ぶことはできても、
Only she could decide what was worth rising for.
何のために上るのかを決められるのは、沙耶だけだった。
